Over the years, Multicon and its affiliates, subsidiaries, sisters, and related entities, has both initiated (ground-up), assumed (in-progress), and worked-out developments ranging from a single-family residence, to multi-family apartment complexes, to large single-family community developments, consisting of both for-rent and for-sale products. In the early years, Jack, along with Multicon’s original founding partners, Jack Kessler and Peter Edwards, developed over 14,000 apartment units across the Central and Northeastern United States. In the late 1960’s, they branched out into for-sale Condominium projects in Central and South Florida.

From the late 1960s through the mid-1980s, Multicon and its employees, partners and affiliates developed and nurtured a reputation of integrity, honor, fairness, and quality and were touted as “Florida’s leading waterfront condominium developers”.

John C. aspires to carry on and develop these characteristics in all his ventures, in the memory of his father and for the good of the industry and all that he serves. It is because of these engrained traits, which John C. brings to anything in which he becomes involved – the formation of entities, teams and the creation of lasting constructs, that John C. continues to proper and grow simply by word-of-mouth from the execution of his and his companies’ commitments to whatever they undertake.

Today, Multicon’s commitment continues to be to search for opportunities to create and enhance communities and environments in which people can live and thrive.
