This project consists of 89 hotel-condominium units and a full-service spa facility. It was a ground-up project on an extremely tight site located in Pompano Beach.

John was responsible for over-seeing all aspects of Pre-development, Pre-construction, Construction and close-out of the project, including bid solicitation/evaluation, contracts negotiation/award with all consultants/contractors/vendors and liaising for Owner with all City officials, consultants and contractors.
